At Airport-TaxiBooking.online, we aim to provide reliable and punctual taxi booking services. We understand that plans may change, and we strive to handle cancellations and refunds fairly and transparently.

2. Cancellations by Customers

  • Full Refund:
    If you cancel your booking at least 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time, you will be eligible for a full refund.

  • Partial Refund:
    If you cancel your booking between 6 to 24 hours before pickup, a cancellation fee of 20% will apply, and the remaining balance will be refunded.

  • No Refund:
    If you cancel within 6 hours of the pickup time or fail to show up, no refund will be provided.

3. Cancellations by Airport-TaxiBooking.online

If we are unable to provide the service due to driver unavailability, technical issues, or other unforeseen circumstances, you will receive a full refund of the booking amount.

4. Refund Process

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used at the time of booking.

  • Refunds may take 5–10 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

5. Non-Refundable Services

  • Any promotional or discounted bookings may be non-refundable, unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase.

  • Additional services or extras (e.g., waiting time, additional stops) already utilized are not refundable.

6. Modifications

Instead of cancellation, customers may request a reschedule at no additional cost if the request is made at least 12 hours before pickup time, subject to driver availability.
